There were no letters.

Social Night at Romford Dogs. All monies have now been paid and there are 29 people going. Linda will contact teams involved, re: pick up points and times.

Children’s Party. At Ambleside Club on Sunday 18^th December 2011

All names and monies are now in, and there are 57 children attending.

Christmas Draw at Ambleside on Friday 9^th December 2011

Raffle tickets have been given out. There are 5 books per person, please sell all tickets as monies raised are for trophies. Please have all monies in by November meeting. It has been suggested that maybe we should have a fish and chip supper.

Linda and Sandra are going to see if they can do a deal with either The Frying Pan, or Oban road fish shop. If they can, the price will be given out at next meeting.

We will be having Bingo again at the Draw as it seems to be enjoyed, and it’s fun.

Ladies Pairs

Names and fees are in, so draw will be done after meeting. Linda will let Teams know where their girls are playing by Monday 10^th October2011 as first round is Thursday 13^th October. For those who have no internet access, Linda will deliver them.

Secretary’s Report.

There are still errors on result cards. Linda did name teams responsible, it was mostly no date on card, wrong scores or names in wrong place .Also cup games must have what round it is. Re: Cup games, could Captains please ring Linda or text her with results, as she has to let teams know where they are playing next. Sometimes results do not reach her till the following Monday.

Chairlady asked if we would like to have League meetings at Ekco Club in future as parking tonight was horrendous. We all ready have Committee meetings there, so Linda will make enquiries to see if we can hold our League meetings there.

Requirements wanted at the next meeting, on Wednesday 2^nd November 2011 at WBL at 8.00pm.

Christmas Draw money to be handed in.

The £10.00 Raffle Prize with receipt, or money to Jane. You may also give in the £3.00 prize if required.
