will notify all teams via e mail,by Friday 4th November 2011 as
first round is on 24th November 2011. Jane will also put it on
internet.
A vote was
held and it was decided by 13-0 that future league meetings will be held at the
Ekco Club.
Childrens
Party at Ambleside Club 18th December starts at 2pm till 5pm.
The
committee would very grateful if some of the mums or nans help with the
clearing up.

suppers you require at the Vice Captains Cup 28th November, she

to tell you the cost. If you would like
something other than fish please tell Linda, and she will see what she can do.

It has been
bought to our notice that at the Captains Cup Final, some ladies had to sit in
the bar area as there were no seats in dart room. We know it is nice to have
supporters but when seating is sparse, could you please make sure dart players
have preference.

Pick up times. White Horse S/Church 5pm. Bell Garage 5.15pm.Bellhouse Lane
5.25. Rayleigh Weir 5.30. Try to be
there a few minutes early. Coach Hired from Milestone. Six pack tickets and letters for sit down
meals will be given out on the coach. Seating for sit down meals is at the
front overlooking the track.
The Castle
is being refurbished at the moment, so hopefully all cup games and finals on
Thursdays in the future will be played upstairs.
